Thank you for allowing us to develop your Household Employee Manual.  Remember that Employee Manuals are not intended to be a legally binding document.  An Employee Manual is used to communicate the policies and procedures of the house to your staff to prevent the depreciation of efficiency that stems from uncertainty.  Please fill out the below information, if there are any topics that you would like to cover in more detail please reach out once you have completed this form.

We recommend that PTO has "no cash value" and does not cary over from year to year. This encourages staff to take their PTO and cultivate wok/life balance.
