This classroom based course will give you the skillset and resources to organize your service environment, write a household manual & become a better private service professional.
I designed this training with the understanding of the ever-changing nature of our profession. Content was developed based on real life Estate Management experiences and input from a variety of industry professionals.
The Essentials Course will take place over two days and span fourteen-hours:
Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm and Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm
"Essentials" will begin by covering the intangibles that no one in the industry covers. You will learn how to compartmentalize the estate or residence in which you work. We will tackle the integration of this information, including accounting, task sheets, punch lists, administrative duties, and creating the components of a Household Manual.
