Our years of hands-on experience in Private Service has given us the unique ability to best identify your staffing needs and find the perfect candidate for your home. Placement services start with a site visit and property walk (preferred) or a phone conversation with the Principal to identify the home’s needs and the preferences of the position. Once an engagement letter is signed and our retainer fee of $1500 (non-refundable) is received, we begin our exhaustive search for the perfect person for your home. Qualified candidates will be presented with a short synopsis of our interview observations and a detailed outline of their skillsets. Prior to an in-person interview, an “open-source background check” will be done on the candidate to ensure the safety of you and your home. Once a candidate is chosen, and both parties accept the offer letter, we begin reference checks and our background screening process, which includes a Behavior Analysis Interview.
