Overview
Established family in Southlake is looking for a Private Service Professional to provide exceptional, hospitable, honorable, and discreet services to the Principal family. The home is 15,000 sq. ft. on 3 acres. The family consists of Mr., Mrs. and three young children (10, 13, 16). The Principals are hands-on parents, childcare will be limited to transportation help.
This will be the family’s first Household Manager, someone with experience will be needed to help the Principals navigate having a PSP in their lives.
Note: The client is only considering candidates who currently live within 15/20 minutes of Southlake, TX.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing a Residence for HNW clients.
- Ability to seamlessly fit into a harmonious work environment.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion, loyalty, integrity, and honesty.
- Highly organized and excellent eye for detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Capable of passing an extensive background check and BAI interview.
- Familiarity and comfort with Smart Home Technologies.
- Familiarity and comfort with Household Mechanicals & Engineering.
- Capable of providing understated luxury service.
Duties & Key Success Factors
- Organize the move-in, procurement, receiving, installation, put-away, and set-up into the new house.
- Vendor Management & Supervision – Setting appointments for house repairs and maintenance.
- Develop a vendor list to provide appropriate services to the residence without zip code markups.
- Receipt Management.
- Making sure the house is tidy, family members’ daily needs are met, and everything functions well at the house, including 3-4 vehicles.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual property & household inspections.
- Develop Household Manual. Create task sheets, checklists, preference profiles, and how-to documents to help with the efficiency of luxury service delivery.
- Handle simple house maintenance like changing air filters, light bulbs, diffusers, etc.
- Household Inventory Management, including establishing the inventory and restocking things as needed.
- Pantry and Refrigerator stocking.
- Personal errands as needed (e.g., dry cleaning, shoe repairs/shine, groceries, pick up prescriptions, etc.)
- Lite Housekeeping, such as daily kitchen cleaning and organizing to support Housekeepers.
- Build and manage a small team of housekeeper(s) and groundkeeper (s). Principals are very happy with their current team but understand they may need to grow.
- Provide top-notch service to regular or stay-over guests.
- Plan and organize bigger parties and receptions should we take on any.
- Occasionally driving the principal to meetings downtown, events, picking up kids, etc.
- Renovation coordination, facilitating communication, and vendor access.

- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching
- Ability to negotiate a multi-story house with stairs many times a day
- Ability to use a ladder up to 6’
