Overview
A lovely family of five is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help elevate and maintain the cleanliness standards of their 7,000 sq. ft. home. Their warm and inviting household requires someone who takes pride in providing meticulous care, organization, and cleanliness. The Housekeeper will work alongside the Household & Family Manager to ensure the home is well-maintained and runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for deep cleaning, laundry, and household organization while also assisting with stocking groceries and keeping snacks available for the three children (ages 10-15). As the family prepares to move into a larger home in the summer/fall, the Housekeeper will play a key role in setting up and maintaining household systems, ensuring a seamless transition.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working in a Residence for HNW clients.
- Ability to seamlessly fit into a harmonious work environment.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion, loyalty, integrity, and honesty.
- Maintain family privacy and confidentiality
- Highly organized and excellent eye for detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Capable of passing an extensive background check and BAI interview.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools
- Care for various materials (wood, stone, glass, leather, specialty finishes)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home
Duties & Key Success Factors
- Full-Charge Housekeeping, including Housekeeping, House Cleaning & Deep Cleaning. Elevating and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home.
- Organizing closets, pantries, and storage areas.
- Vacuum surfaces and disinfects sanitary areas
- Handle antiques, fine art, and high-end furnishings. Knowing when to seek additional guidance to prevent damage.
- Dust fine furnishings and delicate exteriors
- Launder and care for delicate fabrics, including ironing and steaming
- Manage seasonal wardrobe storage and organization
- Maintain household inventory and cleaning supplies. (No Fabuloso, abrasives, or harsh chemicals allowed)
- Simple meal preparation
- Personal shopping and errands as needed
- Assist with receiving grocery orders and prepping before putting away.
- Be receptive to feedback and implement changes to prevent mistakes from reoccurring.
- Be adaptable to seasonal changes in schedule.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching
- Ability to negotiate a multi-story house with stairs many times a day
- Ability to use a ladder up to 6’
