Overview

A family in Fisher, IN, is seeking a Household Assistant to help the Estate Manager and Principals achieve the service goals and needs of the household. This person may be needed to travel with the family and provide support and ensure the Principals are receiving the same level of service they are accustomed to at home. Core responsibilities will extend to light housekeeping, wardrobe management, and light cooking.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be highly adaptable, and be capable of juggling various tasks with discretion and efficiency. This role is critical in supporting the family's desire for a functional, sustainable home that allows them to fully enjoy their time together.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in managing a Residence for HNW clients.

Duties & Key Success Factors

  • Coordinate with the Estate Manager on daily activities and household needs.
  • Assist with ensuring the accuracy of the household calendar.
    • Work with other staff to ensure the main residence property is occupied at all times.
    • Assist Family Assistant as needed.
  • Assist Principal in monitoring household inventory and supplies and managing restocking and organizing essentials as directed
    • Pantry and Grocery Stocking, working with Family Assistant based on Principals’ defined inventory needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of living spaces in between housekeeping team visits.
  • Be prepared to provide wardrobe management for the family, including clothing care, organization, and travel preparation.
  • Accompany family during travels and provide consistent support as needed.
  • Work with team to ensure home organization projects, including upkeep of current storage solutions and storage closets.
  • Oversee pet care, including scheduling grooming appointments, feedings and vet visits, and medications. (two cats and one personal protection dog.)
  • Handle grocery shopping and other errands to maintain the household’s supplies and needs.
  • Assist with the execution of Daily Graces for Principals.
  • Assistant Estate Manager as directed on various household tasks. Assist other household staff members as directed by the Principals.
  • Other household duties as directed while prioritizing Principals

Overview

A family located in the Far Northeast of the DFW metroplex is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to help organize and maintain the cleanliness of their home (8,000 sq. ft), their parents' home ~2 miles away (once per week cleaning), and an additional home nearby. The total square feet is approximately 20,000.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly the needs of the home and proactively manage their schedule to accommodate the different locations. The candidate will also be able to help the principal navigate having full-time household staff for the first time at their primary residence.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years’ experience managing a Residence for HNW clients.

Luxury Residence in Dallas is looking for a hands-on Estate Manager to help manage their 3 residences.  The primary residence is in Dallas, secondary in Aspen, and a third lake house east of DFW.  The ideal candidate will be someone who can greet guests, make them feel comfortable, and return to their duties managing their duties as a Honey-Do specialist with a positive energy.  The professional will also be able to keep the Principals in the loop on what’s going on around the residences and define priorities as the task list inevitably grows. The principals are committed to ensuring long-term employment with retention plans, and an Industrial Psychologist who has been working with the family for decades will be a part of the interview process. The main house is 12,000 sq. ft., the secondary residence is  ~6,000 sq. ft. with a garage apartment for the manager to stay, and the lake house is ~6,000 sq. ft. on about an acre.
