Candidate Notification: Within 24 hours, we notify your candidate of the next steps and inform them of their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Screening Process Begins: Depending on the package selected, we’ll begin verifying identity, employment, and education history, criminal records, social media activity, and conduct a 10-panel urine drug test.
Transparent Reporting: Reports are shared with both you and the candidate as they become available. All reports are delivered unedited to ensure full transparency and compliance.
Behavioral Interview: Once the comprehensive background check is complete, we’ll introduce your candidate to our Behavioral Analysis Interviewer.
Status Updates: If you’d like an update at any point, email us—we’re happy to provide the current status.
