It was good to meet you. If we spoke at the retreat, you already know that I am a Nines Living customer myself. My firm, Estate Management Solutions, also implements Nines on behalf of the Principals and estates we consult for, which means I sit on both sides of the platform, as a daily user and as the person who populates it from the ground up.

A household system is only as good as the information inside it. Nines gives us an excellent framework, but the framework has to be filled with accurate, well organized detail before a staff will trust it and use it. That build out is what we do. We visit the residence, document it thoroughly, and construct the system compartment by compartment, so that what would otherwise take a household team many months of part time effort is completed to a consistent standard in a fraction of the time.
