The first half of the workshop, we will tackle: Is it possible to break into the private service industry with transferable skills from a professional background and strong domestic skills without having a history of 3 to 5 years in household staffing? Let’s discuss!
And for those private service professionals who are hiring managers, we’d love for you to join us so you can share what you and your clients are looking for in new household employees!
The second half of the workshop, we will save for some frequently asked questions:
- How to negotiate your value
- How to negotiate for time off when work is always so busy
- How to create household manuals and documents – where do you start?
- How to cultivate a strong team culture when you have so many different personalities working in the home
