If we believe that you are a good fit for the position, we will send you an email with instructions on the next steps. This email will contain two links, one to book time for an initial discovery interview and two a link to our Candidate Non-Disclosure Agreement, this NDA is required for us to be able to discuss anything beyond what is on the job description.

If you are not a match for the position, or we don't have anything available, we will let you know via email, confirming you are not being considered for the role.

We post all our open positions on our Job Board, Estatejobs.com, and share the links on LinkedIn, FaceBook, and Instagram.  Ensure you follow these sources to be among the first to know when a new position is posted.

A Quick Note Before You Begin

We understand that our interview and intake process can feel long and challenging. That is very intentional.

The families and family offices we serve operate at a level where trust, discretion, and judgment are critical, and we do not believe a polished résumé and a single 30-minute conversation should be “enough” to determine fit. Our goal is to set a higher and more thoughtful standard within the private service industry by taking the time to fully understand a professional’s skills, decision-making, communication style, and long-term alignment before introducing them to a client.

Importantly, this process is designed to benefit candidates as well. All candidates receive copies of the assessments they complete, giving them clearer, objective insight into their own strengths and areas for growth. Candidates who qualify for a Position Interview also receive practical, objective résumé feedback to better prepare them not only for the role they applied for, but for future opportunities, whether with us or through other agencies.

This approach ultimately leads to stronger matches, better preparation, and more successful, long-term placements for everyone involved.
