Professional Housekeeper Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for a housekeeping position through EMS Domestics.  Please take some time and fill out the bellow intake form.  We encourage you to set aside at least 30 minutes to complete.  At the end, please attach your resume, a headshot and any reference letters you may have.

What’s Next?

  • If your skillsets and experience matches a client’s needs, we will be in touch with you right away.  While we will confirm receipt, you may not hear from us if the immediate future if we don’t have a current fit.
  • If you will be attending an in-person interview, we will perform an “open source” background check on each zip code you have lived in for the last five (5) years.
  • Once an employment contract is being drafted, we will preform a deep back ground check which will include an additional 30-45 min video interview with the company that administers the checks.
  • If a client requires a drug screening they will advise you of the steps to follow and where to go.
  • While you are proceeding through the screening process, we will be verifying your references.  We will give you a chance to contact your references and let them know to expect a call.

If you do not hear from us, please understand that due to the amount of applicants, we can only contact those who may qualify for an open position.  Keep in touch with us, we want to hear from you.

**BEFORE BEGINING BELOW** make sure you have any reference letters, list of references and headshots available to upload at the end of the application. When submitting your application and resume, please make sure that Principals’ names are omitted.  We will only ask for this information in the event you are being considered for a position.
