Overview

Family in the northeastern suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul is looking for the help of a Housekeeper and Family Assistant to help care for their newly acquired 7,200 sq. ft. home on 1.5 acres. The home is comprised of Mr., Mrs., two children, and two small fur babies. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of tasks, including the daily upkeep of the residence and helping coordinate vendor visits for household maintenance, maintenance and upkeep with the laundry, dry cleaning, pet grooming appointments, grocery shopping, and other indispensable tasks that facilitate the family’s ability to spend focused quality time with their children.  Relocation compensation is not being offered and only local candidates will be considered.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of industry experience
  • Non-Smoker
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Capable of passing extensive background check and BAI interview
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion, loyalty, integrity, and honesty
  • Highly organized & excellent eye for detail.
  • Self-sufficient & Self-driven. Doesn’t need handholding.
  • Positive attitude and disposition
  • Service and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with a Dynamic and Evolving schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills

Duties & Key Success Factors

  • Supervise the current 1099 housekeeping team that comes in once per week to clean the home.
  • Light housekeeping to maintain household cleanliness in between housekeeping team visits.
  • Change household linens on schedule and as requested.
  • Manage dry cleaning log.
  • Keep up with household Laundry.
  • Wardrobe and Closet organization
  • Storage closet organization.
  • Maintain Household Supply Inventories.
  • Coordinate service calls for the house.
  • Run personal errands as requested.
  • Dog Groomer Scheduling, Drop-Off/Pick-Up.
  • Grocery Inventory, Ordering, and Pick.

Overview

Estate Management Solutions is currently working with a down-to-earth Principal in Austin. Our client is looking for someone who will not only ensure that her 3,000 sq. ft. home is clean but will also help with grocery inventory, personal errands, and puppy sitting for her two labs.

The home consists of only Mrs. and the two Golden Retrievers. She travels often and doesn’t want to board or kennel them. She has rare but occasional guests stay with her, and during those times, hours may pick up a bit. But on a regular basis, you can expect to fall short of 40 hours, but she will guarantee the pay for the right person. Since it is just her in the home, a female is preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Private Residence.
  • Legal to work in the US.
  • A positive attitude and love for what you do.
  • Ability to make a genuine and friendly connection without becoming too familiar.
  • A strong grasp of English.
  • High level of discretion, loyalty, integrity, and honesty.

Overview

Estate Management Solutions is currently working with a client in the Post Oak area of Houston who needs a part-time live-on housekeeper for weekend coverage.  The ideal candidate will be a professional housekeeper who can identify needs and address them without needing to be told or guided. The housekeeper will stay in a one-bedroom/one-bath on the property but house separate from the Main House.  The candidate should be dynamic in their thinking and be able to shift their attention as the day progresses to help with the family’s needs.
The chosen professional will follow the below schedule:
  • Friday 6 pm - 10 pm
  • Downtime 10 pm - 7 am
  • Saturday 7 am - 4 pm active work (engaged to wait 4 pm - 10 pm)
  • Downtime 10 pm - 7 am
  • Sunday 7 am - 4 pm (engaged to wait 4 pm - 6 pm)
