Overview

Private family located in Wimberley is seeking an experienced Personal Chef. Must have experience curating meals with special dietary considerations for Crohn’s disease. The selected individual will have excellent culinary skills, fine attention to detail, and be very professional and presentable, but also relaxed and down to earth.  No pretense or ego. We are seeking an individual that can be flexible and can work 40 hours a week, including holidays and some weekends. The schedule can vary week to week depending on the family’s needs.

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years industry experience

Other Considerations

  • Primary property is a non-working ranch (no cattle or horses) that is a mix of grass fields, ponds, and hardwood forest.
  • This individual needs to be extremely flexible in their work. Few days go exactly as planned.

The client’s daughter and family live in the adjacent home and will be frequent visitors and companions to client. Client’s spouse will sometimes be present but requires no caretaking herself.

**This position is on hold until the end of summer.** A private family in west Austin is seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy and professional individual to serve as a Housekeeper for its 16,000 sf home. This full-time position will be responsible for performing a variety of daily cleaning activities including laundry and errands. Candidates must possess at least five consecutive years’ experience as a housekeeper, a great attitude and stellar references. Responsibilities: 
  • Housekeeping for a dynamic luxury residence
  • Monthly deep clean of home including windows, floors, and all surfaces
  • Laundry, folding, and ironing of linens required (mending or sewing is a plus)
  • Organize drawers and straighten closets
  • Maintain stock of household supplies and groceries
  • Execute daily, weekly, monthly scheduled cleaning of rooms in the home
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms
  • Vacuum and spot clean carpets and rugs as needed
  • Sweep and mop hard floors
  • Dust and polish all surfaces
  • Make beds daily and change linens

A young growing family in the beautiful hill country of Fredericksburg, Texas, is looking for a couple to support their life, home, and property.  The residence is 4,000 sq. ft (with an additional four-car garage and apartment being built) on five manicured acres.  With an additional seven acres across the street.  Currently living in the home is Mr. & Mrs., a two-year-old with another on the way.  The family is planning on growing and is looking for someone for the long-term, someone that wants to find their last position before retirement.

Requirements

  • 5 years industry experience

This is a unique contract position for a Household Manager that wants to hone their inventory and household documentation skills.  Currently only considering local candidates. Family recently relocated to Austin and is looking for someone to inventory the home and fill in their household manuals.  This process is expected to take six (6) months and will report directly to the Estate Manager located out of state.  You will be a part of a very large and supportive team, you will be expected to embody the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering all information to populate current templated estate manual.
  • Establish inventory procedures for all areas of the home, including but not limited to Kitchen pantry and refrigerators, housekeeping, laundry and service ware.
